The Beauty of Handmade
Atelier van Schaijck is a small-batch ceramics brand run by me, Margreet. I love to combine handbuilding and wheel throwing techniques to create organically shaped vases, lamps, tableware, and sculptures
Working with clay has taught me some valuable life lessons. Besides patience, it taught me to embrace the beauty of imperfections. Each and every ceramic piece will show the touch of a hand, making it a little different from the next. And I believe that’s exactly the beauty of handmade items
